Acquisition lifecycle framing (pilot)
Present operational accessibility governance across the ICT lifecycle: acquisition review posture, remediation accountability, exportable conformance evidence, and continuous monitoring — not one-time scans. Supports VPAT/ACR review workflows; does not issue VPATs or certify compliance.
Quick pilot data (backend): set SDP_ACCESSIBILITY_DEMO_SEED=1 on the API service, then POST /api/accessibility/demo/seed with the usual auth header — paste the returned projectId here.

Rollup across every accessibility project in your account: degraded integrations, SLA breach totals and approximate breach share, stale-sync project inventory, failed-sync queue depth and dead-letter rows, top failure classes, and a GitHub-vs-Jira error heatmap. Consecutive failure sums approximate retry pressure on linked issues.
