Governance & audit (acquisition lifecycle)

Every transition writes to the accessibility audit log (who, what, when). Use Audit log below for reviewer-facing JSON; pair with exports for procurement traceability.

Assignees surface on each issue when set (CSV exports include the same field for backlog systems).

GitHub: link findings to real tracker issues (create, open, sync). The API host must have SDP_ACCESSIBILITY_GITHUB_TOKEN or GITHUB_TOKEN. Optional hardening: SDP_ACCESSIBILITY_GITHUB_ALLOWED_REPOS (preferred) or legacy SDP_ACCESSIBILITY_GITHUB_REPOS_ALLOWLIST — comma-separated owner/repo — limits which repositories can be targeted.

Jira: create and sync issues on Jira Cloud. Set SDP_ACCESSIBILITY_JIRA_SITE, SDP_ACCESSIBILITY_JIRA_EMAIL, SDP_ACCESSIBILITY_JIRA_API_TOKEN on the API host. Optional: SDP_ACCESSIBILITY_JIRA_ALLOWED_PROJECTS (comma-separated project keys).

Operator view of GitHub / Jira rows with errors or streak failures. Dead-letter items require an explicit operator acknowledgment on retry after fixing credentials, allowlists, or the remote issue.
