Definitions
  • Goal: a complete task execution initiated by a user or schedule.
  • Run: one end‑to‑end agent execution (may include multiple tool calls).
  • Managed key: API key provisioned & rotated by SD Panthers.
  • Article credit: internal meter unit on your organization balance. At standard list price, 1,000 article credits correspond to $1,000 USD for one Translation Pro job (all languages selected in that job) or one Evidence run with full report.
Usage & billing

Model usage is billed at provider list price and passed through. Plans include fair‑use credits (Starter: $5/mo, Pro: $25/mo). Overages are settled monthly with detailed analytics. Clinical tools are billed in USD at checkout and may display as article credits in-product (metered separately from agent “runs”). Enterprise allocations and volume pricing are agreed in contract.

Fair use & limits

Abuse, fraud, or bypassing limits may result in throttling or suspension. SLA (Enterprise) applies to control plane only; underlying model provider SLAs apply separately.
