TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to your next billing cycle.
• Payment: You authorize us to charge your payment method for all subscription fees. Failed payments may result in service suspension or termination.
• Taxes: You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or duties applicable to your purchase.
• No Refunds: Except as required by law or at our discretion, all fees are non-refundable.

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any intellectual property rights of SD Panthers or third parties
