Usman's work focuses on turning AI from isolated tools and experiments into governed operational systems that enterprises, healthcare organizations, and government agencies can trust. His teams build platforms for AI governance, shadow AI discovery, operational compliance, accessibility operations, clinical AI oversight, workflow automation, and agent orchestration.
With a background spanning electrical and computer engineering, enterprise software delivery, cloud architecture, systems reliability, quality engineering, and responsible AI, he has led the development of operational AI platforms that emphasize accountability, auditability, explainability, human review, and continuous monitoring.
Leadership experience also spans cybersecurity operations, enterprise risk management, fraud and credit-card investigations, anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, evidence analysis, audit support, and technology governance within highly regulated environments — applied to human-governed decision frameworks where traceability and review rigor are critical.
